Basic structure
The push fit lead free brass tee is made of brass to meet the requirements of corrosion resistance and strength. Its overall structure may include the following parts:
Shell: The overall shape is Y-shaped, with one inlet and two outlets (or two inlets and one outlet), which is used to connect different pipelines. The shell is made of lead-free brass, which meets environmental protection and health requirements.
Internal diversion structure: It may include diversion funnels, flaps and other structures to guide the flow direction of the fluid in the pipeline. The design of these structures allows the fluid to switch smoothly between the inlet and outlet.
Sealing structure: To ensure that the fluid does not leak, a sealing gasket or sealing ring may be provided inside the tee, and a tight connection is achieved through a push-in connection method.
Achieve the confluence and diversion of pipelines
Confluence function: Welday's push fit lead free brass tee adopts a push-in connection method, which simplifies the installation process. When the fluids in two pipelines need to be merged into one pipeline, the tee is configured to connect the inlets and one outlet of the two pipelines. Similarly, by adjusting the internal flow guide structure, the fluids in the two pipelines can be merged inside the tee and then flow out from the outlet.
Diversion function: When the fluid in a pipeline needs to be distributed to two different pipelines, the tee is configured to connect the inlet and two outlets of a pipeline. By adjusting the internal flow guide structure (such as a flap or a valve core), the fluid in the inlet can be controlled to flow to one of the two outlets or to both at the same time, thereby achieving precise diversion control.
